I moved to Ampang from KL city proper and it's been a great decision — quieter, greener, and more relaxed while being just 15 minutes to KLCC. South View One is a solid condo in this belt — decent facilities, good security, and well-maintained common areas. The local food scene around Ampang is rich and diverse. A pleasant neighbourhood that doesn't get enough credit.

Good rental investment in Ampang's rental bel
I own a unit here for rental investment. Ampang Avenue has consistent demand from expatriates and corporate professionals who like the KL city access without being in the thick of it. The condo is well-positioned along the AKLEH corridor. Rental yield has been steady and finding tenants has been relatively straightforward. Management keeps things in decent shape.

Great connectivity in the Ampang corridor
South View at Ampang Avenue has been a convenient base. The Ampang corridor gives good access to KL city, AKLEH, and Jalan Ampang. The condo has a decent pool, gym, and security setup. My unit has a nice view and the layout is practical. The neighbourhood has local food and shops within reach. A solid mid-range choice for professionals working in KL city or the Ampang belt.
