Sea views and a growing township ecosystem
We bought at Southbay for the sea view and the long-term township vision. Batu Kawan is developing rapidly — IKEA, Design Village, Penang International Science and Technology Park all in the vicinity. The home itself is very well built with quality finishes and a great pool deck facing the Straits. Property values have been appreciating and I have no regrets whatsoever.

Penang's best seaside address
Southbay is in a league of its own for Penang — the seafront location with Straits of Malacca views is stunning. Every evening I enjoy the sunset from my balcony which never gets old. The facilities are resort-class and the design feels genuinely premium. The second Penang bridge access is right there, and the growing Batu Kawan commercial area adds daily convenience. This is what Penang lifestyle living should feel like.
