Bought Sri Akasia at a very low price point. Affordable apartments in established neighbourhoods always find tenants — budget-sensitive renters who value location stability and community over premium amenities. Occupancy has been very consistent and the yield on cost is actually quite healthy given how cheaply I acquired it. Low-cost, dependable. -

The apartment is basic but well-maintained for its age. Local amenities are within walking distance and I have access to the main highway for commuting. For the price, it's very reasonable. -
