What makes Stellar IOI stand out is the IOI City Mall access — one of Malaysia's largest malls is practically within the township. Groceries, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle all sorted without leaving. The condo itself is beautifully designed with resort-like facilities. The area has matured wonderfully. Modern living in a thriving IOI Resort City t
Stellar at IOI Resort City is a great place to live. The IOI Resort City ecosystem is incredibly self-sufficient — IOI City Mall, Marriott Hotel, golf course, schools, and a growing commercial strip are all within the township. My unit is modern with good finishes and a nice view. Facilities include a lovely pool deck and gym. The community here is family-oriented and the neighbourhood planning is excellent. -
