  Marina-front investment — unique and high-dem

  Marina-front real estate in Penang is incredibly scarce and Straits Quay Residence is the best example. The unique positioning and integrated lifestyle offering means it appeals to premium tenants — expats, executives, and lifestyle-oriented professionals — willing to pay marina premium rents. Capital appreciation has been very strong. One of my best Penang property decisions.

  Straits Quay has transformed Tanjung Tokong into Penang's most charming lifestyle destination. The marina, restaurants, boutique shops, and events space make it genuinely vibrant. The residence tower above puts you right in the heart of it all. My unit has beautiful Straits views and the finishes are premium throughout. The expat and lifestyle-oriented community here is a perfect fit for my lifestyle.

  Marina living at its best in Tanjung Tokong

  Straits Quay Residence is an absolutely stunning address — the marina setting, the Straits views, and the integrated retail and dining make it one of Penang's finest lifestyle developments. My unit looks directly over the marina and it's genuinely breathtaking. Straits Quay's restaurant and retail strip is one of Penang's best. Ferry access, nightlife, and dining are all at your doorstep. A very special place to call home.
