  Tanjung Bungah is perpetually popular with Penang expats and quality-conscious tenants. Straits Regency's well-maintained character and Straits views help command good rental rates. Occupancy has been very reliable — the combination of international schools, beach access, and pleasant neighbourhood keeps demand steady. A very dependable Penang island investment.

  Tanjung Bungah living at a comfortable price

  We chose Straits Regency for the Tanjung Bungah location — one of Penang's nicest residential belts without the Georgetown price premium. The unit is spacious and well-appointed. International schools are within easy reach which was a deciding factor for our family. The beach and Batu Ferringhi are nearby for weekends. The management team is professional and responsive. Very happy here.

  Elegant Penang address in Tanjung Bungah

  Straits Regency is a well-regarded address in the Tanjung Bungah belt. The development is elegant and well-maintained. My unit has lovely partial Straits views and the sea breeze makes the unit naturally comfortable. Facilities include a good pool area and gym. The Tanjung Bungah neighbourhood is pleasant — quiet but with good food options, international schools, and beach access nearby. A thoroughly enjoyable Penang home.
