Summer Place – tropical resort condo done rig
Honestly Summer Place still feels quite attractive mainly because of the location. Staying around Jelutong side is already convenient, and this one is quite practical if you need to move between Georgetown and Bayan Lepas often. The seafront setting is also a nice bonus, because some units do get a more open feel compared to projects that are too boxed in by other buildings. It’s not exactly a brand new condo anymore, but the unit sizes are still decent, so for own stay it feels more comfortable than many newer compact developments. -

Classic 2011 condo holding its standards over
Moved to Summer Place after comparing many options in the area and it was the right choice. The established community, consistent management, and well-maintained facilities made it stand out. The summer-themed landscaping – bright, tropical, and cheerful – creates a great daily environment. Good road access and nearby amenities. Units are practical for families. Strong community of long-term residents. Solid investment. -

The Summer Place – established 2011 condo wit
The Summer Place completed in 2011 is a well-established residential address. The tropical-themed common areas and well-maintained pool area create a genuine resort atmosphere. Community is stable with many long-term residents. Management has maintained the building impressively for over a decade. Units are well-sized. Good road connectivity and surrounding amenities. A reliable, well-run condo that has aged gracefully. Recommend. -
