Summerscape pool deck is one of the best I have experienced at a non-luxury price point. The landscaping, cabana areas, and resort-feel of the common spaces make it feel like you are on holiday permanently. The unit itself is comfortable and functional. Location has grown on me — there is a local food strip nearby and highway access is fine once you get used to the route. Highly recommend for lifestyle-first buyers.

Refreshing lifestyle condo with great resort
Summerscape has a very distinct personality — the whole development evokes a breezy, resort-like atmosphere genuinely different from typical urban condos. The facilities are themed around leisure and outdoor living — lovely pool area, landscaped gardens, and well-designed communal spaces. My unit has a bright, airy feel. The location gives good highway access and there are enough amenities nearby for comfortable daily living.
