Best value premium waterfront living in JB ri
Searched for months before deciding on Summit at Lagoon Residences and have no regrets. The freehold status, low density, and location within the master planned Senibong Cove community make it stand out. The marina views and greenery surround the development. AEON Jusco Permas Jaya is close for day-to-day needs. Second Link and EDL make it easy to head to Singapore or JB city. Quiet, secure, and beautifully designed. -

Exclusive low-density living overlooking the
Only 138 units in this block, so it genuinely feels like a private sanctuary. Three-meter ceilings and huge windows make the space feel luxurious. Tesco and AEON Permas Jaya are about 10 minutes away for daily essentials. The developer – Senibong Cove – has a good track record and it shows in the build quality. Great choice for families who want something peaceful but still connected to JB and Singapore. -

Woke up to marina views in a private gated en
Moved into Summit at Lagoon Residences shortly after handover and the views of Senibong Cove are stunning. The water and greenery visible from the panoramic windows make it feel like a resort. Facilities are excellent – 19m pool, indoor and outdoor gym, private function rooms. The whole Senibong Cove master plan is really coming together. Coastal Highway access is seamless. Singapore is about 30–40 minutes away on a clear day. Great for JB-Singapore commuters. -
