  Great Penang condo for families who need USM

  My kids go to school nearby and having Sunny Ville as our base works perfectly. Six blocks with 22 storeys each means there's always someone around, creating a safe, community feel. Gardens are well-maintained and the BBQ area is popular for weekend gatherings. Close to Bayan Lepas Industrial area if you work there. Main downside is traffic on Jalan Batu Uban during school hours but overall a great home.

  Six blocks, great facilities, unbeatable loca

  Have been renting here for over a year as a German exchange student at USM and it couldn't be more convenient. The condo is literally a 10-minute walk to campus. Facilities are fantastic for the price – the pool area is lovely and the squash court is almost always available. Penang Bridge is just 2.5 km away. Buses on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah nearby. Very expat-friendly community. Definitely recommend for international students.

  Best value condo near USM – expats and studen

  Lived at Sunny Ville for two years while studying at USM and it was ideal. Walking distance to campus, and the facilities are genuinely good for the price – free-form pool, water slide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis, squash, badminton. Units are a decent size. Tesco is a few minutes away, Queensbay Mall accessible via expressway. Good mix of locals and international students and expats. It's a lively, friendly community.
