  Green and lush, with modern elements

  Honestly, we just wanted something chill and not too far from SG. Sunway Aviana checked all the boxes, new, modern, green vibes. We booked fast before it sold out. Fingers crossed everything turns out like the show unit!

  Good for old people

  My daughter bought the house, but we all staying together. Got 4 rooms, so enough space for everyone. I like that it’s quiet and got lift also, easier for old people like me. Hope they build it properly.

  The kids will be super excited

  We’re super excited about our new place at Sunway Aviana! The layout is just nice for us. It even has space for the kids to run around, and I love that the park is right nearby. It feels like a peaceful area to raise a family, but still close enough to town. Can’t wait for it to be ready!
