  Modern upgrade

  Upgraded to this condo last year. Lobby looks grand and parking is convenient. Smart card access adds peace of mind. Location in PJ is very strategic.

  Balanced lifestyle

  Living here with my spouse and two teens. They enjoy the infinity pool while we prefer the sky lounge. Close to Empire Subang and Paradigm Mall for quick dinners. Overall, it’s a comfortable, modern place to call home in PJ.

  Nice for young family

  Staying with my wife and toddler. The water play area is great on weekends. Close to Sunway Pyramid and good schools. Feels safe and well maintained.

  Always hammer sound, never clean with detergent, very dirty new condo Hammer sound 6 months I live here and I searching for another condo, I'm in penthouse, niegboors don't respect others. Fake luxury, management very bad, high floor already robbed twice. Crack everywhere. Cockroach, toilet always give up a shit and need to clean you bathroom alone, roof crack and water coming inside unit. Expensive condo, parcel robbed twice. Security already change but no good. Lobby door always break.

  Not up to Sunway standard - overpriced - cong

  I am not sure what is the idea of building a high density 52 storey, 4 blocks development next to an industrial zone and a mature landed neighborhood. There will be a total of almost 2000 units (Phase 1 ~900, Phase 2 ~1000) on a plot that has no direct access in both directions. How does MBPJ approve an additional road congestion of ~ 3000 cars on a stretch of less than 800meters. The height of the development is another issue, it does not suit the neighborhood and surroundings, phase 1 is already a light polluting, awful eye soar to the mature neighborhood of SS7 & 8. On the opposite of Sunway, PKNS is building another 40+ storey high density condo, also 1000units, but no road improvements, additional access or whatsoever. Sunway has also not outdone themselves with the build quality.
