Being connected to two MRT/LRT stations directly is a huge operational advantage. Clients can reach us without navigating traffic. The Velocity Mall podium means the building is always busy with foot traffic. MyTown adds further retail variety nearby. Sunway Medical Centre Velocity is very close for health needs. Units are freehold which makes it a sound investment. Overall a high-quality commercial product in an excellent location. -

The Cheras Sunway Velocity corridor has transformed in recent years and this office development is right at the centre of it. Direct MRT and LRT connectivity means staff and clients get here easily. Sunway Velocity Mall's F&B options are great for working lunches. Jalan Cheras and Jalan Loke Yew give quick road access. IKEA Cheras is nearby for occasional office supplies. Clean, modern, well-managed building. -

Prime KL commercial space steps from MRT and
Our design studio operates from Sunway Velocity Designer Office and the address has been great for business. Cochrane MRT and Maluri LRT are within walking distance, making client access seamless. Sunway Velocity Mall downstairs means lunch and coffee options are endless. MyTown Shopping Centre and IKEA Cheras are a short drive. MEX and SBE highways give good connectivity. Modern, well-maintained units. Very practical professional address. -
