Bukit Mertajam is one of the busiest towns on the mainland with good F&B and amenities. Proximity to NSE means trips to Penang island, Ipoh, or KL are all feasible. Sunway's track record speaks for itself in terms of build quality and management. Good long-term investment too. -

Gated and guarded with excellent security. Bukit Mertajam town centre is minutes away for food and daily needs. BM City Mall and Kondominium Mutiara are nearby. North-South Highway access makes commuting to Georgetown or Ipoh very manageable. Great for families looking for space on the Penang mainland. -
