Sunway Wellesley stands out among mainland Penang options. Freehold, gated, well-designed twin villas with a genuine resort-style landscape. Bukit Mertajam is one of the busiest towns on the mainland with good F&B and amenities. Proximity to NSE means trips to Penang island, Ipoh, or KL are all feasible. Sunway's track record speaks for itself in terms of build quality and management. Good long-term investment too. -

The landscaped trails within the development are genuinely calming. 214 units across the development maintains exclusivity. BM Residence and local schools are nearby. Penang Bridge is accessible for island trips. NSE for longer travels. Units are spacious and quality finishes are evident throughout. Happy to recommend. -

Sunway Wellesley Garden Villas is a beautifully designed freehold development in Bukit Mertajam. The twin villas have a tropical-themed facade with contemporary finishes. Gated and guarded with excellent security. Bukit Mertajam town centre is minutes away for food and daily needs. BM City Mall and Kondominium Mutiara are nearby. North-South Highway access makes commuting to Georgetown or Ipoh very manageable. Great for families looking for space on the Penang mainland. -
