Easy access to NKVE and LDP. Lembah Subang LRT is within walking distance – convenient for staff. Management is efficient. Bukit Mayang Emas is a mature area with good amenities. Reasonable maintenance fees. Solid investment for commercial property buyers. -

Established commercial hub in Sunway Mas, PJ
17 blocks of 3-storey commercial units with good frontage visibility. Our accounting firm has been here for three years and client accessibility is excellent. NKVE, LDP and SPRINT mean we can serve clients all across PJ and Subang. Nearby amenities include banks, hawker stalls, and clinics. Parking is adequate during off-peak but can get tight at lunchtime. Good value freehold commercial space in a mature PJ neighbourhood. -

Ideal commercial address near NKVE, LDP and S
Running our business from SunwayMas Commercial Centre for over two years. The location off Jalan PJU 1/3 is excellent – NKVE Damansara exit, LDP, and SPRINT are all minutes away. Kelana Jaya LRT is walkable. The freehold strata title is a big plus for investment. Plenty of food and cafe options in the immediate area. Units are compact but functional. Great location for professional services, clinics, and small businesses. -
