  Tranquil Living in a Low-Density Rental Commu

  Renting a place here at Suria Utama has been tranquil. I like the fact that it's near greeneries of nature and it has low density population due to only about 30 units available in this project. It gives me the closeness of a small sized community as I had back in my kampung. Nevertheless I can just drive nearby to get my groceries or any other modern needs.

  Finding Solace in a Peaceful Townhouse Projec

  I grew up in a townhouse and I was immediately attracted to this Suria Utama project which offers that rare option these days. It brings back childhood memories just staying here and I wish to make new ones with my family now. It's truly a safe and nice place. Daily it's like a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the PJ city life where I work.

  Tranquil Living in Petaling Jaya: A Peaceful

  I chose to buy a house here at Suria Utama because it is very quiet, peaceful and friendly place to grow my kids or walk my pets. It does not have shops nearby even. I can drive to Petaling Jaya city center in 10 to 15 minutes via Persiaran Tropicana and Jalan PJU to get anything I need.
