  Freehold landed home in a well-planned NS tow

  Suriaman 2 represents real value when compared to KL equivalents. 2,780 sqft built-up for the price of a small condo in KL. The gated and guarded community provides security and peace of mind. Matrix has clearly invested in amenities within the township – parks, sports facilities, clubhouse. Seremban proper is about 15–20 minutes away. Palm Mall and Seremban Prima add shopping options. For families wanting space and nature, this is excellent.

  Best family township in Negeri Sembilan – gre

  Moved to Suriaman 2 Sendayan to escape KL congestion and it was the right call. The township has 21% parkland which is remarkable. X Park Sedayan and Sendayan Sports Centre for weekends. AEON Mall Seremban 2 for shopping. KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital nearby. North-South Highway makes it 45 minutes to KL on a clear day. The D'Tempat Country Club is a genuine bonus for family activities. Highly recommend.

  Suriaman 2 in Bandar Sri Sendayan is part of Matrix Concepts' impressive master township. The 2-storey terrace has 4 bedrooms and a generous land area of 22 x 80. D'Tempat Country Club is a community perk unique to this township. AEON Seremban 2 and Terminal One are about 10 minutes away. PLUS Highway makes KL under an hour. Good schools including Matrix Global Schools and SK Gadong Jaya are nearby. Peaceful, green, and well-planned.
