27 single-story terrace houses are proposed for development on lots PT 125880 to PT 125906, Jalan Kampung Pandan 1, Kuantan, Pahang. The houses feature reinforced concrete frames, tiled roofs, asbestos or plaster ceilings, and clay brick or sand brick walls with cement plaster. Windows are aluminum-framed sliding glass and fixed glass. Doors include aluminum-framed sliding doors, plywood doors, PVC doors, and wooden doors. The fence is chain link. Walls in the kitchen and bathroom are tiled up to 1600mm, while other areas are cement plastered and painted with emulsion. Flooring throughout the house is tiled.
