  Decent starter home

  Quiet and affordable

  I’ve stayed here for a year. It’s quiet, neighbours are friendly, and maintenance is okay. For a low-cost apartment, I’d say it’s worth it if you just want a clean, safe place to stay.

  Great value for families

  Good size for the price. My family of four fits nicely, and the place feels peaceful. Close to shops and schools, so daily errands are easy. Not fancy, but comfortable and practical.
