  Quiet and secure environment

  As a retiree, I appreciate the calm here. Security guards are attentive, and there’s always a sense of safety. Morning walks around the garden are my favourite. Maintenance could be better at times, but overall, I’m content.

  Convenient for students

  I rent a unit here with a friend. The location is great as it's close to USM and easy to get Grab anytime. Facilities like gym and sauna are a nice bonus after work. Not fancy, but comfortable and safe.

  Feels like home

  Been living here for over 10 years and still love it. The place is peaceful, the neighbours are friendly, and the facilities are well-kept. My kids grew up playing at the pool and badminton court.. a really a nice spot for families.
