  Easy to maintain

  Single storey means no stairs, which is perfect for us as retirees. Easy to clean and maintain. The neighbourhood feels safe too.

  Good first home

  The price is reasonable for a landed house in Melaka. The layout is simple but works well for a small family. Feels like a good start for us to own our first home.
