  Flexible Living Choice

  I like having different property options in one area. It gives more flexibility in the long run. I can think about future changes easily. It feels like a practical choice. I value that freedom.

  Rental Income Space

  I bought a shop unit here to rent out. So far, it has been a steady experience. Finding tenants was not too hard. It gives me a small but stable income. I am satisfied with it. The car park makes it convenient for tenants and their customers. Having a mini mart nearby also adds better convenience of the location.
