Ming Hooi Development Sdn Bhd is developing 19 units of single-story terrace houses in Taman MH Sungai Soi Phase 12, located on Lot 1784, Mukim Penor. A 5-foot chain-link fence and an iron gate provide security. Electrical fittings include 14 light points, 10 power points (13 amps), and 3 fan points.
