Some Aged Wear
Living here means being close to shops, buses and main roads — very handy for daily errands. The building feels older though: some fixtures are dated, paint is peeling in common areas, and lift maintenance isn’t always prompt. For the price you pay it’s acceptable, but you’ll want to inspect well.

Budget-Friendly Entry Spot — Great for First
We moved into a 3-bed unit here last year. The price was very attractive compared to nearby condos in PJ, and the unit size is decent for the budget. It’s simple living here — no frills — but you get your own place in a mature neighbourhood.
