Value JB residential in Tampoi – highway acce
Location in Tampoi means excellent highway access to all parts of JB and beyond. Sutera Mall covers daily needs and Paradigm Mall JB adds more options. NSE makes travel to KL or Melaka straightforward. Johor Premium Outlets is also reachable. Units are functional and reasonably maintained. Good for working adults who need a practical JB base without premium price tags. Solid investment for rental purposes. -

Decent JB condo in a well-connected Tampoi lo
Have been at Tampoi Heights for about a year and it serves its purpose well. Sutera Mall is close for daily grocery and F&B needs. Paradigm Mall JB is a short drive for more variety. Road connectivity is good with Skudai Highway nearby. JB CIQ and Singapore Causeway are accessible. Management is adequate and security is consistent. Good entry-level condo for JB residents seeking value for money. -
