Completed 2022 – boutique quality in an under
The Address II sits in the middle of Taman Desa, one of KL's best-kept neighbourhood secrets. The local food scene alone is worth moving here for. Mid Valley and KL Eco City are short drives via Kerinchi Link. NPE and Federal Highway make it convenient for Old Klang Road, PJ, and the city centre. Modern condo quality in an established neighbourhood. Good appreciation potential given the location and supply scarcity. -

Modern living in Taman Desa – old KL charm wi
Taman Desa has always had great character and The Address II adds a modern residential option to this classic KL neighbourhood. Local wet market, durian stalls, and excellent hawker food are all part of the address. Kerinchi Link means Mid Valley is 5–7 minutes away. NPE and Federal Highway broaden connectivity. The building is clean, secure, and well-maintained. A great address for young professionals who appreciate authentic KL. -

The Address II in Taman Desa KL is a premium boutique condo that delivers on quality. The units are well-designed with modern finishes and good natural light. Taman Desa is a well-established neighbourhood with fantastic local food – nasi campur, dim sum, and Chinese kopitiams all walkable. Kerinchi Link and Federal Highway give fast access to Mid Valley, KLCC, and Bangsar. Very well-managed building. Highly recommend. -
