Smart 2019 condo in the heart of a thriving C
The Annex offers contemporary urban living in Cheras with a very strong food scene advantage. Medan Connaught's sprawling pasar malam is the stuff of legends among KL food enthusiasts. Units are well-designed with quality fittings. Good access to Cheras MRT/LRT. AEON Maluri and MyTown cover major shopping needs. Management is professional and responsive. Great for young Cheras professionals who love food and community living. -

Best Cheras address for food-lovers – Medan C
We specifically chose The Annex because of its proximity to Medan Connaught night market – one of the best outdoor food destinations in KL. The unit itself is modern with good fittings and management has been excellent. Cheras expressway access makes getting around the Klang Valley easy. Nearby LRT and MRT for car-free commuting. MyTown and Sunway Velocity Mall for shopping. A genuinely great urban condo. -

Modern Cheras condo steps from Medan Connaugh
The Annex at Medan Connaught is a fantastic Cheras address. Completed in 2019, it's modern and well-maintained. The proximity to Medan Connaught is the real highlight – one of KL's best hawker hubs is literally on your doorstep. Sunway Velocity Mall and MyTown are reachable. Cheras MRT and LRT stations are accessible. AEON Taman Maluri is close for daily needs. Great for food-lovers who want quality urban living. -
