  Perfect for all 3 generations

  We chose The Ashwood because the spacious layout really suits our growing family. Having five bedrooms and a proper kitchen makes it feel more like a landed home, but with the perks of a condo. My husband loves the location, and I’m excited that the kids will have space to play while my parents can stay with us comfortably. Can’t wait to move in once it’s completed in 2028.

  Private, luxurious and spacious

  We were drawn to The Ashwood for its views and privacy. The duplex layout gives us the space we miss from back home, and having the golf course and KL skyline right outside is a bonus. The area feels peaceful, yet it’s close enough to our favourite restaurants and embassies. For us, this is where we see ourselves long-term in KL.

  Freehold in KL central

  The Ashwood has just the right mix of space and privacy for us. We like that it’s freehold and in a quiet, established part of KL.
