  Central City Living

  I have been living here for 3 years, and it has been a very convenient choice. The location is excellent with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport. The apartment feels well-built and comfortable, and the common areas are maintained properly. Living here makes city life simple and manageable, and it suits both work and leisure perfectly.

  It’s the kind of peaceful you wish more place

  The Avare really has that high-end feel. I’ve been living here for several years now, and it continues to impress. Located right next to KLCC, the convenience is hard to beat, everything you need is close by, yet the area still feels private and exclusive. The design is bold, with full glass panels and sleek architectural lines that still look modern today. It comes with all the expected facilities: pool, gym, and 24-hour security, and they’re consistently well-maintained, which really adds to the overall experience.

  City home, peaceful zone

  The Avare feels homey with a clean, modern look and big windows that let in lots of light. The units come in different sizes, from cosy studios to larger ones, so there’s something for singles, couples, or small families. There’s a swimming pool, gym, kids’ playground, and BBQ spots, enough to enjoy without it feeling too crowded or fancy. It looks well-kept and tidy. The location is handy since it’s close to main roads and public transport, so getting around the city is pretty easy. Shops, cafés, and daily amenities are all nearby too, which makes everyday life simpler.

  Shine mornings and quiet nights

  I’ve been staying here long enough and i like this view. The full-height windows make city lights feel almost like street art. Rainy mornings are relaxing since I never hear any traffic noise. The rooftop lounge in the evening make it a nice place with a coffee. Also, the night security knows my face and often waves me in, it’s a small gesture, but it feels welcoming. Good management and facilities are decent. As a bachelor it's good for me even my parents are happy when they visit my place.
