  Classy Luxury

  Distinctive luxurious design. People would praise you if you live in the Capers. Neighbors are friendly, affluent and well-educated, lots of luxury and sports cars in the parking lot, nice neighborly feel, guards are friendly, common areas well maintained. Overall a really good place to live in KL.

  Iconic City Living

  Great design and well maintained. Strict but well mannered security. The location is very close to KL city, and public transport, but when you come into the premise it is actually quiet and peaceful.
