  Great for families, but traffic is a headache

  We moved to CapSquare a couple years ago with our two kids. We appreciate how close it is to schools—fairly easy walk to Convent Bukit Nanas and Sayfol International—super handy. Amenities in the building are solid and well-maintained . That said, the traffic during peak hours can be brutal around Jalan Dang Wangi and Jalan Ampang.

  City living with top-notch access & ameni

  I’ve lived here for about a year and absolutely love how central it is—it’s literally a 5-minute walk to Dang Wangi LRT, plus Bandaraya and Masjid Jamek aren’t far either. The condo itself has swimming pool, gym, sauna, squash court, clubhouse and a mini-market and business centre in the complex. It’s not luxury like KLCC, but the convenience and community vibe make it feel special.
