Family Time Feels Easy
The children usually head to the playground when they want to be outside. They also enjoy the wading pool on weekends. We sometimes use the barbeque area when relatives visit and everyone wants to eat together. The multi purpose hall gives us another option for larger occasions. I like having the community garden around the property because it adds a quieter outdoor space. The 24 hours security is reassuring when the children are moving around the residence. -

Green Space Nearby
I booked my unit here because I wanted some greenery around my everyday living space. The community garden gives me somewhere to sit and take a break from my usual routine. I sometimes spend my evenings there with a book. The gymnasium room is useful when I want to exercise without leaving the property. Having both indoor and outdoor options works well for me. -

My Quiet Corner
As a single owner, I wanted a home with places where I could unwind without always staying inside my unit. I like spending time at the sky lounge when I want a change of surroundings. The sauna is another facility I use after a long week. The 24 hours security also gives me extra comfort when I return home late. -
