  Prestige Address, But Buyer Beware — Inspect

  We toured several units before purchasing. At this luxury level, finishes, plumbing, facade alignment, even exposed wiring are critical. We negotiated rectifications before handover. The prestige address and landed feel are strong draws, but the devil is in delivery for homes of this caliber.

  Space, Status & Selectivity — But Resale

  Our unit is over 4,400 sq ft, with tall ceilings and a gracious layout. It draws interest from embassy staff and executives often. But when it comes to resale or rental, only discerning buyers see it — you really need to pick a good floor, orientation, and interior design to command full value.

  Living Among Trees & Embassies — Prestige

  We moved into The Edge of U-Thant in 2021. The landscaping and privacy give a serene feel, despite being in the city. Units are massive, with private gardens, and the gated security gives peace of mind. For the price though, everything must be perfect — any small defect or lag in maintenance becomes glaring.
