  Comfortable and secure

  The Effingham has been a fantastic choice for my family. As a businessman working nearby, I appreciate the friendly neighborhood that makes it easy for my kids to play outside. There is a clubhouse, which is perfect for catching up on exercise after work. There's a lot of open spaces at home for the kids and a maid, so it's very comfortable and functional. The security is great, so I can focus on work knowing my children are safe in the gated community.

  A cosy family home

  I recently moved to The Effingham, and it feels so cosy! My kids each have their own rooms, which they love. There’s a lot of space for family get-togethers and for the kids to play. The best part is that all the schools are really close, making things super easy for us. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

  Bright, safe, and close to shops

  I really like The Effingham. The big living room windows let in so much natural light, which makes the whole place feel bright and airy. The security is solid, so I always feel safe. What I love most is how close it is to shops—it’s super easy to grab food or pick up whatever I need.
