Great for Mixed Use Hold — But Long-Term Dura
We invested here partly because the aparthotel-style units already have kitchens, washer/dryer, and flexibility. But the real test will be how the building ages. If management stays on top of repairs, utilities, and common area upkeep, this place can age nicely. If not, guest reviews — especially about comfort and responsiveness — will haunt resale. -

Tourist Magnet with Rental Appeal
Because it’s so close to LEGOLAND and Medini attractions, we decided to buy and rent short term. Demand is decent during holidays. But a recurring complaint from guests is the “bed is too hard” and WiFi being weak. We’re budgeting to upgrade mattresses and network infrastructure to reduce complaints. -

Bright Units & Pool Perks — But Expect So
I moved into The Elysia Park a while ago. The unit is airy and gets great natural light, and having a pool, sauna and gym just downstairs is a real plus. But I’ve had to chase down host / management on WiFi issues and getting clear instructions for security gate access. It’s not always seamless — but once things are running, it’s comfortable. -

Great Location & Light, If You Get the Ri
I toured several units. The ones at higher floors facing open side had great views and natural light — very enjoyable. But lower units or those facing internal service roads felt a bit restricted or “boxed in.” If you choose this place, floor and orientation will make a difference. -

Tourist / Rental-Friendly Vibes, But Resident
I’m considering buying here to rent out. The aparthotel level amenities and setup are in place already, so I believe demand from visitors is strong. But I’m cautious — I wish I could see long-term resident reviews about noise, management, how well maintenance is handled after 3–5 years. -

Comfortable Stay & Good Amenities
We stayed for a few nights in a 3-bed duplex here. The unit was clean, well-lit, and the pool + gym were pleasant. Check-in was easy for us. That said, I saw one guest review complaining about check-in details not being provided — so I’d advise anyone to double-check host communications prior to arrival. -
