Consistent quality and views – Light Collecti
Three years at The Light III and zero regrets. Quality of construction, management, and facilities all consistently high. The sea breezes from the Straits-facing units are a daily perk. Jelutong Expressway makes daily commuting smooth. The retail village has all daily essentials and good weekend dining. Capital values across the Light phases have been strong. One of Penang's finest and most consistent property investments. -

Penang's premium waterfront address – Phase I
Moved to Light Collection III as a Singapore PR relocating to Penang. The address immediately impressed. Sea-facing units have unobstructed views of the Straits. The Light Linear retail precinct is excellent for daily living. Jelutong Expressway and Coastal Highway connect you island-wide. Healthcare at Penang Adventist Hospital and Gleneagles is accessible. The Light waterfront community is internationally cosmopolitan. Exactly what we wanted. -

The Light III – waterfront Penang living hits
The Light Collection III raises the bar again with even more spectacular upper-floor sea views. Completed 2015, the quality is consistent with earlier phases. The Light Linear retail village and Jaya Grocer are within walking distance. Jelutong Expressway gives fast access to Georgetown, FTZ, and the Penang Bridge. Management across the entire Light Waterfront cluster is exemplary. Rental demand is strong particularly from expat community. -
