Comfortable low-density feel with decent amen
This project gives off a more established and comfortable feel compared with newer developments that can feel more crowded. The fact that it is a single 19-storey block with family-sized units makes it more appealing for longer-term stay. I also like that the condo offers practical facilities instead of just flashy ones, and the Penampang location works well for those who need access to both surrounding commercial areas and Kota Kinabalu. Overall, it feels suitable for buyers or renters who prioritise comfort, space, and convenience. -

Good Penampang location for own stay
The Light Residences stands out more for livability than hype. It is close to the Penampang By-Pass and Jalan Nosoob, so getting toward Plaza 333, CKS Millenium, Lintas, KK city centre, and even KKIA is fairly manageable. The facilities are also well-rounded for everyday use, especially the pool, gym, playground, and covered parking. For own stay, it feels like a solid choice for people who want a balance between convenience and a calmer residential setting. -

Peaceful condo with practical family layout
What I like about The Light Residences is that it feels quieter and more comfortable than some denser projects. The unit sizes are practical for family living, and the layouts seem to make good use of natural light and ventilation. Having two car parks is also a real plus for households with more than one vehicle. The location in Nosoob, Penampang is convenient enough for daily errands while still feeling a bit removed from the busier parts of the city. -
