Love the space
The Meg has that clean, modern city vibe going on. Located in TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), right in the heart of KL, so it’s super convenient. The TRX MRT Station(KG20) is just nearby, which means i don’t have to rely on driving all the time. It really seems like the kind of place young professionals would enjoy, stylish, central, and practical for city living. -

Place of Joy
I chose to invest in The Meg because of its prime location in TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), right in the heart of KL. The development exudes a clean, modern vibe that resonates with young professionals and couples. Confirmed facilities such as a barbeque area, jacuzzi, jogging track, multipurpose hall, and playground enhance its lifestyle appeal. From an investment standpoint, it’s a well-rounded, future-forward property in a high-demand area. -

Feel It’s Well Connected
The place feels new and modern, with a nice clean look. The best part for me is the view can see the city, especially during sunset, looks really nice from the balcony. The unit I’m staying in has a good layout. Kitchen is not too small, rooms are bright, and the air flows well. Doesn’t feel hot even without the AC all the time. The lifts are fast and there’s not much waiting, which I really like. Lobby area feels quiet and neat, not crowded with people hanging around. Not much traffic around this area, maybe because it’s still new. Even during weekends, it’s not noisy. I feel relaxed staying here. -
