  Is there motorcycle parking? if yes, do I have to pay if I own rent? Is there free wifi? or is that dependant on the unit seller? Are the walls soundproof? Do I pay for fixing and problems if I am renting, or do the sellers pay for it? Is there a smoke detector inside? What are the rates of water bills and electricity bills?
