After comparing multiple Penang condos, The ONE Bayan Baru stood out for location value. You are literally surrounded by the best Penang has to offer – food, shopping, transport, and employment. Penang Bridge 3 minutes away. Jelutong Expressway and Coastal Highway provide island-wide access. Quality management and consistent building maintenance over the years. Good rental yield from tech and FTZ professionals. -

The One @ Bayan Baru – Penang's most practica
Bayan Baru is genuinely one of the best places to live on Penang Island and The ONE is at its centre. Giant, Tesco, and various malls are all within minutes. Penang Bridge access is exceptional – mainland trips are quick. Bayan Lepas FTZ for work. Queensbay Mall for lifestyle. Good schools nearby including Tenby and Fairview International. Management has kept the development well across the years. Highly recommend. -

The ONE Bayan Baru – Penang's most complete u
The ONE in Bayan Baru is strategically located in one of Penang Island's most vibrant townships. Bayan Baru provides fantastic daily living – hypermarkets, clinics, banks, kopitiams, and restaurants all within easy reach. Penang Bridge and Bayan Lepas FTZ are minutes away. Completed 2012 and still well-maintained. Facilities include pool, gym, and landscaped areas. Management is active. Great for Penang professionals. -
