Bukit Jalil's best value premium condo near a
The Park 2 Residence benefits from everything that makes Bukit Jalil one of KL's most attractive growth corridors. Pavilion Bukit Jalil is excellent. Sri Petaling LRT. Bukit Jalil Park for weekend activities. NSE and MEX for road connectivity to the whole Klang Valley. The 2021 completion means modern finishes and systems throughout. Management is reliable. A sound Bukit Jalil investment with strong rental demand. -

Sri Petaling LRT access + Pavilion Bukit Jali
Have been at The Park 2 for over a year and the combination of LRT access and Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping is genuinely hard to beat. Sri Petaling LRT connects the whole city. National Sports Complex and Bukit Jalil Park are great for weekends. MEX Highway makes KLIA and Putrajaya accessible. Management is professional. Units are modern and well-sized. The Bukit Jalil corridor continues to strengthen as an address. -

Premium Bukit Jalil condo near National Sport
The Park 2 Residence in Bukit Jalil is a great urban condo. The National Sports Complex and Bukit Jalil Park are nearby for outdoor activities. Sri Petaling LRT gives excellent rail connectivity to KL Sentral and KLCC. Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall covers all shopping and lifestyle needs. MEX Highway and NPE for road connectivity. Completed 2021 and management has been solid. Good investment given Bukit Jalil's continued growth. -

Luxury Living at The Park 2
If you're looking for a luxurious place to life with your family, The Park 2 is the place to be. The facility is beautifully designed and exudes glamour from every corner. It has everything a modern family needs, and the connectivity to various amenities is simply fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here with my amazing family. -

A Vibrant Community with a Pavilion and Park
The Park 2 is a posh place to live with Pavilion on the right and a park on the left! The accessibility to Pavilion Bukit Jalil through the bridge is incredibly convenient. The condo units are spacious and well-maintained. I love living in such a new and vibrant community with great facilities. -

Waiting to move in!
I pass the Park 2 construction site every day on my way to work. As it nears completion, it’s shaping up to be as awesome as the designs showed. We got a great deal on our apartment last year in the thick of the pandemic, so this should be a good long term investment. The project is very luxurious and the view from the upper floors should be worth every penny. -

Such stunning design
Just look at the renderings. I was so amazed by the design, the floor plan and the sample flat. I got the interior done exactly like it was displayed - hoping to move in any time soon! My apartment is on the 46th floor so the view should be epic. Don’t think there is any such project anywhere in KL. The location is great too, with all things of convenience and entertainment in the neighbourhood. -

Counting time
The wait should finally be over in a few months! I put my money on a serviced residence at The Park 2 Pavilion in Bukit Jalil last year in 2020 and since then I’ve been counting the months. The design was so beautiful and the show flat really wowed me. My office at KLCC is just a few kilometres away. There are multiple shopping destinations nearby and a bunch of entertainment centres in this area, which should make for fun weekends. -
