  Practical gated community living in Tiara Eas

  For me, this project suits buyers who want something simple in the Semenyih side without paying too much for extra facilities they may not even use. The freehold tenure is also a plus for some people, and the unit layout feels suitable for own stay rather than just short-term hype. Overall got that normal, livable apartment feel.

  Tiara East living – well-maintained community

  Have been at Residence 1 Tiara East for over two years and the community has been a positive experience. Neighbours are friendly and the management maintains everything consistently. Parks within the wider Tiara East development are pleasant. Good road access to surrounding towns. Schools in the area serve families well. A solid mid-range residential community. Good value for the quality and community on offer.

  What I like about The Residence 1 is that it looks more affordable and manageable for first-time buyers. Basic things like parking, lift and security are there, and the 3-bedroom layout is practical for everyday living. It’s not the kind of condo people choose for luxury, but more for value and comfort.
