Security at The Sanctuary is exceptional – multi-layered, thorough, and consistent. The green landscaping and well-maintained common areas create a resort-like daily environment. Units are practical and comfortable. Management is exemplary. Highway and road connectivity for commuting is adequate. Surrounding areas provide good amenity access. Unbeatable management, beautiful facilities
Have been at The Sanctuary for two years and the management committee is genuinely the best I've experienced in any condo. Responsive, transparent, and proactive. The pool and gardens are always impeccably maintained. Units are well-sized and the building is in excellent condition. Good access to daily amenities and roads. The stable community of owners and long-term tenants adds to the quality of life. Top-tier residential address. -
