The Spring 2017 – consistent quality years af
Seven years on from completion and The Spring's standards remain high. That speaks to the quality of the development and the management team. Facilities are still in excellent condition. Landscaping is beautifully maintained. Units are practical and comfortable. Highway connectivity for daily commuting is good. Surrounding area provides good amenity access. A reliable, quality residential choice. Highly recommend. -

Have been at The Spring for about three years and the community here is genuinely warm. Management committee organises regular activities. Common areas and facilities are consistently maintained to a high standard. Units are well-proportioned. Good highway and road access for commuting. Local amenities are accessible. For families seeking a well-run, community-oriented condo, The Spring is worth serious consideration. -

The seasonal theme is reflected in the landscaping – fresh, green, and beautifully maintained. Facilities including pool and gym are well-kept. Management is active and community-focused.
