Bought Straits View Residences for the combination of sea views, Tanjung Bungah location, and quality build. Penang sea-facing properties hold value exceptionally well. The tenant pool — expats and premium lifestyle seekers — pays top-market rents and stays long. Capital appreciation has been strong. One of the best investments I've made in Johor. -

Sea views every morning — life is good here
Waking up to panoramic Straits views every morning is something I never take for granted. Straits View Residences has genuinely elevated my daily quality of life. The unit is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The pool overlooking the sea is where I spend most weekends. The Tanjung Bungah community is quiet, international, and very pleasant to live among. Best home I've had in Penang. -

Straits View Residences delivers exactly what the name promises — outstanding views of the Malacca Straits that make you feel incredibly fortunate to call this home. The development is well-designed with thoughtful landscaping and quality finishes. The pool deck view is particularly spectacular. The Tanjung Bungah location gives access to international schools, beach, and pleasant local eateries. Absolutely love living here. -
