2021 Penang gem – The Sun Executive Suites de
Moved to The Sun Sungai Nibong for the combination of modern build quality and the Penang island location. Upper floors offer impressive views over the Straits. The Sungai Nibong area is well-established with good F&B, transport, and access to both Georgetown and Bayan Lepas. FTZ is close for working professionals. Georgetown is 15–20 minutes. Airport is 8km. Management has been solid since day one.. -

The Sun on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah offers something genuinely different – the panoramic viewing deck on Level 23 has views that are difficult to beat in Penang. The mix of residential condo and executive suites with dual-key options gives ownership flexibility. Queensbay Mall, Penang Bridge, and Airport are all close. Sungai Nibong bus terminal is nearby for public transport. Well-managed building with clean, modern facilities. -

The Sun Executive Suite in Sungai Nibong is a modern development completed in 2021. Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah frontage gives excellent visibility and the Sungai Nibong LRT proposal will add future value. Georgetown is about 15–20 minutes away. Queensbay Mall and FTZ are both accessible. The dual-key concept provides flexibility for investment. Pool on Level 7 and viewing deck on Level 23 are highlights. Well-managed since handover. -
