  I booked a shop unit at The Trillium @ Lake Fields because the location looked suitable for stable business activity. The nearby residential population helps support retail outlets within the development which is important for shop owners. I also noticed that visitors can move around the area without too much traffic congestion most days.

  Investment Choice

  I invested in a shop lot here a few years ago and the rental demand has remained fairly consistent. Many nearby residents and working professionals help keep the area active during business hours. I also like that the property does not feel overly noisy or chaotic.

  Business Hub

  I booked an office unit here for investment and the environment feels quite peaceful compared to other commercial areas. The surrounding neighbourhood gives a more relaxed working atmosphere which many tenants actually like. The place still looks well maintained.
