What I find quite okay about The Vividz is that it seems designed with current market demand in mind. Got smaller 1-bedroom layouts for singles or rental use, but also 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options for buyers who still want something a bit more practical for own stay. In Bukit Jalil, that kind of flexibility usually helps because the area attracts different types of residents, from young working adults to couples and smaller families. The only thing is, because this is still a new project and completion is only expected later, people should not review it like an already mature residence yet. For now, the appeal is more about concept, location and future potential rather than proven living experience on the ground.

Bold design, great energy – The Vividz brings
The Vividz stands out in a landscape of generic condo developments. The bold design choices create a vibrant living environment that attracts a young, active community. Units are thoughtfully designed for modern urban living. Management is proactive. Road connectivity and access to daily amenities are both good. The distinctive community identity makes it a lively and enjoyable place to live. Recommend for younger buyers.

The Vividz – colourful, vibrant urban living
Honestly The Vividz feels like one of those projects that will appeal quite strongly to younger buyers or investors first, mainly because the entry pricing and unit sizes look more approachable compared to some other Bukit Jalil projects. The location itself is already a plus because Bukit Jalil is still one of those areas people naturally shortlist for convenience, lifestyle and rental potential. What makes this one a bit different is the whole newer wellness-city and integrated development angle, so it feels more modern and marketable. But at the same time, since a lot of the units are compact and the project has more than 1,100 units, I think buyers should go in with realistic expectations that this is more of a high-density urban living concept, not the kind of place you choose for pri
