  Peace And Golf Vibes

  I just booked a unit at THE VUE @ MONTEREZ and honestly, it feels like the right fit for our little family. The area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Being right next to the Monterez Golf & Country Club gives it a calm, open feel, something we really wanted for raising kids. It’s a low-density development, so we’re not too worried about overcrowding or noisy surroundings. That’s a big plus as parents. The environment looks safe and quiet, with enough space for kids to grow up without the stress of heavy city traffic. Even though we’ll still need a car to get around, the highway access makes it manageable. For us, the mix of nature, privacy, and family-friendly layout makes it a really promising place to call home.

  Found Home, Not House

  Me and my friend visted the property recently. Still under construction but the place already looks like it’s gonna be peaceful. Not in a busy area, which I like more greenery, less noise. The road leading in is quiet, and feels more like a private neighbourhood. Not the kind of place with traffic jam or too much activity outside. Good if you prefer calm living. As it is a new place, I am excited to see it.

  So many facilities!

  Looking forward to the variety of facilities in the condo - the pool, the gym, and even badminton hall!

  A lot of natural light

  Beautifully designed, spacious and loving the floor-to-ceiling windows. I particularly like the way the windows will be designed, which allow ample natural light to enter the home.
