  Comfortable for young professionals

  After viewing the plans, I think it’s tailored for single professionals like me. The unit is compact but well-planned, with enough room for a small home office. The nearby malls and eateries make it easy to picture living here.

  Eyeing it as an investment

  For under RM200k, a freehold SoHo in a growing tech hub feels like a rare find. Cyberjaya is expanding fast, and the upcoming MRT line will only add value. I think this could be a good long-term rental property.

  Compact but convenient

  I don’t need a big place, just something easy to maintain. The one-bedroom design looks just right, and being in the middle of Cyberjaya means I can get to work and shops without stress.
